Rocky Road Ice Cream Recipe (no machine required!)

I eat way too much ice cream, but when it is as easy as this recipe, there is no reason not to! You don’t even need an ice cream maker to enjoy this tasty treat!

1 (14 ounce) can fat free sweetened condensed milk
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
½ cup chopped pecans
1 cup mini marshmallows
