This is a simple recipe that makes a delicious dinner any night of the week! My husband loved this! He didn’t believe it actually came from a slow cooker because it was so juicy and flavorful.

1 (2 pound) pork tenderloin
1 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup orange juice
