Quick & Easy week night meal. This mushroom carbonara is a spin on the classic with hearty mushrooms and fresh parsley.

4 oz shitaki mushrooms, sliced
4 ok white button mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ box (6.75 oz) whole wheat thin spaghetti
