30 minute Stuffed Peppers

A super easy meal when you need a delicious meal fast. Try using ground beef instead of the turkey, a spicier Ro*tel, or you can cook in the oven (longer cook time). Make this wonderful meal your own and initiate it into your dinner rotation! Leftovers are just as good!

4 medium to large green bell peppers, cored and de-seeded
1 pound of ground turkey breast
1 10 oz can of Ro*tel
1/2 cup minute white rice
1/2 cup water
1/2 ketchup
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
