Suer easy homemade caramel corn that takes less than 5 minutes to make!

6 cups popped popcorn (about 1 microwaveable bag, or 1/4 cup kernels)
2 Tbsp light karo syrup
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 Tbsp salted butter, chopped into small pieces
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla
