All Hail Caesar Salad

This dressing is thick and delicious. Good garlic flavor and the tang of anchovy makes it taste better than ANY bottled dressing. Dressing can be ready in 5 minutes. Homemade croutons and crispy bacon complete this refreshing salad.

3 cloves of garlic
4 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
¾ cup mayo
a squeeze of anchovy paste
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons lemon juice
¼ cup of grated Parmesan cheese (if you like parm add more, I am not the biggest fan)
¼ cup grapeseed oil
Salt and pepper to taste
½ pack of bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 pieces of whole wheat bread, cut into cubes
