Andes Mint Chocolate Cookies

1 1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup butter
2 1/2 cup flour
2 T. water
1/2 t. salt
1-12 oz. package semi sweet chocolate chips
1 1/4 t. baking soda
Andes Mint Candies
1. Melt in a saucepan the brown sugar, butter and water. 2. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted. 3. Let this mixture cool for 10 min. 4. Add 2 eggs, one at a time. 5. Add flour, salt and soda. Batter will be moist. 6. Put into the fridge overnight or in the freezer for 1 hour. 7. Roll the dough into walnut size balls. 8. Place on greased cookie sheet and press down slightly. 9. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes. 10. Remove from oven and put half of a mint candy on top of each cookie, then swirl to frost.
