3/4 cup (6 ounces) unsalted butter, soft
1 1/2 cups (300 grams) sugar
2 large eggs + 2 large egg yolks
2 1/4 cups (288 grams) cake flour
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk (I used 1%)
3/4 cup apple cider (best when purchased from your local apple orchard :) )

1 1/2 cups heavy cream
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
