Another easy & delicious variation of classic muddy buddies that uses apple cinnamon cereal & another special apple cinnamon ingredient.

1 (10-12 oz) bag white chocolate chips
1 Tbsp shortening
5-6 cups Apple Cinnamon Chex Cereal
1 (7 oz) box Jiffy Apple Cinnamon Muffin Mix ( about 1 1/4 cup )
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
