Below is my recipe for making some of the best apple cinnamon pancakes that you will ever eat. I take two apples and dice them and then add them into the batter along with some cinnamon to get a nice apple and cinnamon flavor throughout my pancakes.

2 cups of all purpose flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
2 teaspoons of baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups of buttermilk
2 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon of canola oil
2 medium apple, peeled, cored and diced
2 teaspoons of baking powder
2 teaspoons of baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon of salt
