These egg-free muffins are quick, easy, and delicious. The yogurt makes these treats light and fluffy...you'll never miss the eggs. And, with the addition of whole wheat flour, these make for not only a delicious snack, but also a sensible one. Enjoy!

1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
2/3 cups Sugar
1 Tbs Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Butter, melted
1/2 cup Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup Apple Cinnamon Yogurt, Chobani Greek variety works well.
