For the apple crisp:
½ cup margarine spread
½ cup all purpose flour
¾ cup light brown sugar, not packed
½ tsp. vanilla extract
1 and ½ cup old fashioned oats
For the ice cream/yogurt:
1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, you can use ? less fat
1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt*
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup applesauce
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 container (8 oz.) Lite Cool Whip, thawed
