For the Apple Pie filling
41/2 c. chopped apples
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. water
For the Crust
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. oatmeal
2 Tbsp. Apple Cinnamon popcorn seasoning (Kernel Season's)
6 Tbsp. butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Filling
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg (3.4 oz) instant cheesecake pudding
1 carton (8 oz.) frozen whipped cream
1 c. baking toffee bits
For the Pie Crust Toppers
1 sheet refrigerated pie crust
2 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. Apple Cinnamon popcorn seasoning
