Apple Pumpkin Muffins Recipe

I made a sweet but healthy Apple Pumpkin Muffin topped with Pecans. This muffin is also 100% whole wheat and uses no oil, milk, or butter! :) It is absolutely delicious and totally reminds me of everything Fall. The one problem I did have while making it was, for some reason the cupcake liners were sticking to the muffin. So if anyone has recommendations on how to solve that problem. PLEASE let me know! Other than that, these are a winner!

1/2 cup of diced granny smith apple {cored & peeled}, about 1 apple
1 1/2 cup of King Arthur Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup of apple sauce {unsweetened}
1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt
2 eggs
