5 lbs Jonathan Apples
1 cup apple juice
1. Cut apples in fourths. 2. Cook apples with 1 cup of apple juice or water until tender. 3. When apples are tender, run through a colander. 4. If apples are too tart, add sugar to taste. Makes 1 - 1 1/2 quarts.
