Apple Saute

8 large apples, peeled and sliced thinly (A mixture of Yellow Delicious and Granny Smith is good)
3 T. butter
3 T. honey
3 T. brown sugar
Dash salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
Melt butter in frying pan. Core and slice apples. Salute apples in butter over medium heat until softened. Add remaining ingredients, and cook approximately 5 minutes. Serve warm.
