10 ounces Whole Wheat Penne Pasta
2 cups arugula
1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
For the dressing
1/4 cup olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh basil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
