For the Sauce:
4½ tablespoons Hoisin sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

1 teaspoon Sriracha hot sauce
For the Filling:
2 teaspoons minced garlic
½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
2 green onions, chopped
1 pound ground beef (or can use turkey or chicken)
2 cups mixed produce, chopped as needed (water chestnuts, peeled green apple, frozen peas, red peppers, and freshly grated carrots are my favorites)
1 head iceberg or romaine lettuce
