Asian Ramen Noodle Salad

A healthy, crunchy, Asian inspired salad with cabbage, carrots, onion, slivered almonds and a delicious homemade dressing.

1/2 head of cabbage, shredded
3 large carrots, shredded
4-5 green onions, chopped
1/2 red or green bell pepper (optional)
2 packages of chicken flavored ramen noodles, seasoning packets reserved
2 cup cooked and shredded chicken (optional)
1/2 cup slivered almonds
For the Dressing:
2/3 cup vegetable oil
6 Tbsp rice vinegar
2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup white sugar
2 chicken flavored ramen seasoning packages
3 large carrots, shredded
4-5 green onions, chopped
1/2 red or green bell pepper (optional)
2 packages of chicken flavored ramen noodles, seasoning packets reserved
2 cup cooked and shredded chicken (optional)
1/2 cup slivered almonds
For the Dressing:
2/3 cup vegetable oil
6 Tbsp rice vinegar
2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
