Avacado and Black Eyed Pea Salsa

Be careful with this salsa, because it is addicting! The good thing is, it is fresh and healthy! I love this salsa and this would be perfect for a summer barbecue or really for any time of year.

2 avocados, ripe but firm, diced
1 (14.5 oz) can corn, drained
1 (15oz) can black eyed peas
1/2 white onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 cup roma tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
