Avocado and Egg White Scramble Breakfast

Just because you are trying to eat healthy doesn’t mean you have to eat blandly. I love eggs and could easily eat half a dozen every day, however, that wouldn’t bode well for my health. This is one of my favorite ways to eat eggs, plus get in a a big serving of vegetables. Plus, if you make it in the microwave, it will take less than 5 minutes!

3 egg whites
1 Tablespoon skim milk
1/2 avocado ( chopped into small pieces )
1/3 cup salsa
1 Tablespoon shredded cheddar cheese ( optional )
