This creamy Avocado Coleslaw is the perfect side dish for your next cookout.

1 shallot, shaved
2 avocados, peeled and sliced
1/2 head of cabbage, shredded
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup cilantro, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
