This is a very simple salad to make. It tastes fresh and the avocados add the perfect taste to complete the full flavor.

1/2 avocado
2 medium cucmbers
2 medium tomatoes
1/2 small onion
2 tbsp sunflower seed oil
1/2-1tsp garlic salt

1. Cut onion, avocado, cucumbers and tomatoes the same way: cut in half the long way and then slice into thin pieces.
2. Add the sunflower seed oil and garlic salt. Mix well.
