Bacon, cheese, and cornbread come together in a delicious, easy, make-ahead dish that is perfect for all of your warm weather gatherings! Bring this crowd-pleasing Bacon and Cheese Cornbread Salad to your next potluck, picnic, or cookout and it will disappear fast!

2 (6 ounce) packages cornbread mix, plus any additional ingredients called for on the package
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, plus extra for garnish
½ of a sweet onion (such as Vidalia), diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
2 ribs celery, diced
1 (16 ounce) jar mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

This crispy fried chicken sandwich recipe is better than Chik-Fil-A, Popeye's or McDonald's! The chicken breast is brined in pickle juice, breaded with flavorful seasonings, fried until golden brown, and then piled on a toasted brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, pickles and mayonnaise. 1/2 c milk
1/2 c dill pickle juice
2 c all purpose flour
2 T confectioners sugar
2 t baking powder
2 t paprika
2 t kosher salt
1/2 t black pepper
1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 t onion powder
