After a long weekend, we are ready to relax and take it easy today! Sundays just wouldn’t be complete without a big breakfast. These muffins were a big hit with my family – I know your family will love them too!

For the Muffins:
2 large Granny Smith Apples, finely diced
3 tablespoons butter
? cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 tablespoons water
? cup flour
2 eggs
½ cup applesauce
? cup sugar
? cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2? cups flour
1½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
3 teaspoons cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
For the glaze:
1-2 cups powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons milk
