If you love fish as much as I do, this spicy, oven baked, whole catfish is a must try. It is so flavorful and has only 3g of carbs per serving!
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion ( chopped )
1 garlic clove ( minced )
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes ( undrained )
1-1/2 cups water
2 Tbs tomato paste
1 cup tomato sauce or your favorite pasta sauce
1 tablespoon chopped Italian parsley flakes
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
2-1/2 cups uncooked bow tie pasta
3/4 cup 4% Shamrock Farms Cottage Cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
