Don't have a doughnut pan? This will work out just as well in a muffin pan.

1 1/2 t baking powder
1/4 t nutmeg
1/8 t salt
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup melted butter
1/2 cup sugar

Combine the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Grease your doughnut pan (or muffing tin), fill 2/3 full.
Bake at 350 degree oven.
