This dip is like a warm, goat cheese bath for the toasted ciabatta bread slices served alongside.

1 - 10 ounce log goat cheese, room temperature
4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
ΒΌ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
4 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided, plus more for topping
Freshly ground black pepper
Kosher salt
8 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar, plus more for topping
