Baked Parmesan Zucchini

Yummy baked zucchini in a deliciously crispy parmesan coating. The perfect healthy snack or side dish - and it's kid-friendly too!

!Zucchini
2 zucchini, cut into rounds
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt & pepper
1 egg
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan
Oil spray
!Dip
1 container Greek yogurt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Handful of fresh garden herbs, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
