1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
3 large bananas, very ripe
1 1/3 C buttermilk
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp butter, melted and cooled
For the Syrup
1/2 C maple syrup
1/4 C creamy peanut butter
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 C all-purpose flour
1/4 C brown sugar

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
