I got this recipe years ago, and its still one of my favorites. The wheat germ and safflower oil give it a distinct taste that is addicting.

1 large banana
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup milk
2 tblsp wheat germ
1 tsp safflower oil
6 ice cubes
1/2 cup orange juice

Slice up banana; add all ingredients in blender. Mix until smooth. Pour into a 16 ounce glass and enjoy.
