A light a crispy waffle with bananas in it.

1 3/4 cup flour
1 T baking powder
1/4 t salt
1/8 t each cinnamon and nutmeg
2 eggs. yolks and whites separated
1 3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 mashed banana
Combine dry ingredients. Combine egg yolks, milk, and vegetable oil and add to dry ingredients. Whip up the egg whites to stiff peaks. Fold in mashed banana and the egg whites. Bake in waffle iron according...
