2 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon grill seasoning (I use McCormick Spicy Grill seasoning)
1/4 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite bottled or homemade)
3 small heads Romaine lettuce
1 avocado
4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup canned corn
1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
1 Roma tomato, diced
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
