This dish is a one pot meal, that is easy and taste delicious.

4 slices turkey bacon, diced
1 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium yellow onion, diced
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
14.5 ounce can no salt added diced tomatoes
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
3 cups rotini pasta
black pepper, to taste
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
