Basic Buttercream Frosting

This stuff melts in your mouth- it's sweet and creamy. It pipes beautifully but is much more delicate, so watch out for little fingers!

1 stick softened butter (unsalted)

1/2 C. Shortening

1 tsp Vanilla

1/4 tsp Salt

4 C. Powdered Sugar

1/2 C. Heavy Whipping Cream
