Beef Bone Broth Recipe

Bone broth has incredible nutritional benefits and is best known for improving digestive health. Make a big batch of this broth and store in the refrigerator to drink anytime or use as a base for your favorite soups and savory recipes.
3-4 pounds of mixed beef bones (oxtail, knuckles, short rib, etc.)
1 tablespoons olive oil
2 medium onions, chopped
2 medium carrots, chopped
3 celery stalks, chopped
1 bay leaf
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Preheat oven to 400 F.
