2 lbs boneless chicken or beef, cut into 1/4 inch strips
1/2 cup lime juice
1 tbsp minced garlic
6 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp black pepper
4 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 onion, sliced
1/2 green bell pepper, cut into strips
1/2 red pepper, cut into strips
