500g beef chunk (preferably sirloin or tenderloin)
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp + 1 Tbsp cooking sweet wine (Sherry, Marsala)- brandy can also be used
1 Tbsp garlic powder
¼ tsp sugar
1 tsp ground pepper
3 Tbsp oil, for frying

Cut the beef into really thin slices, about half centimeter or thinner.
