1 package Active Dry Yeast

4 c flour
1-1/2 tsp salt
2/3 c baking soda
1 c beer

2 strips bacon, crumbled
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp salted butter, melted
4 oz cream cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c mozzarella
1/2 c Parmesan
1/2 c spinach, cooked

1/2 c sour cream
1/4 c mayonnaise
