Ingredients:

1 cup beet puree (about 2 cooked beets)

1 cup of chickpea flour

1/3 cup brown sugar

6 tablespoons of agave syrup

1 tablespoon of coconut oil, melted

150gr of dark chocolate, melted

ΒΌ cup plus 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

2 teaspoons vanilla essence

3 eggs

For the topping:

1/3 cup of pistachios, chopped
