Beetroot soup with onion rings

200g beetroot
300g potatoes
4 heads onions
50 ml. white wine
50 ml. milk
20g butter
100g sour cream
50 ml. beer
1 pc. egg
4 tablespoons flour
olive oil
cooking oil
salt
black pepper
rosemary
cumin
For making soup clean red beets, potatoes and an onion. Cut them into large cubes. In a pot of heated oil saute the vegetables until soft. Pour in 1 liter of cold water and add the white wine. Season with salt, pepper and rosemary. Once the vegetables are cooked, add the milk and butter and blend. For preparation of onion rings, mix in a bowl the flour, beer and eggs and mix well. You should get a mixture with density boza. Season to taste the mixture with salt, pepper and a little cumin. Cut onion into slices and divide them into rings. Dip onion rings in mixture and fry them in oil heated to redness. Serve the soup with a portion of the ball of sour cream and onion rings. Enjoy!
