Delicious smoothie with oatmeal in it.

1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1 banana, frozen
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup cranberry juice
1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt

1 cup cranberry juice
Place oats in a blender and blend until a fine powder. Add in the ice, raspberries, yogurt, banana, honey and cranberry juice. Blend until all ingredients are well mixed and smooth.
