Best S'Mores Brownies

My favorite from-scratch brownie recipe with a s'mores layer running right through the middle. The graham crackers still keep some crunch, the marshmallow layer is perfectly gooey, and the chocolate is like magic! It stays smooth and melty even after the brownies have completely cooled.

About 6 graham crackers
5 standard size Hershey’s bars (they sell 6 packs!)
3.5 ounces marshmallow fluff (about half a jar)
? cup flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
½ cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons water
1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

A Spanish omelette is also known as tortilla de patatas in Spain where it is a tapa and it consists of just four ingredients plus seasoning. It is a Spanish classic dish for very good reasons. It is simple to make, it is nutritious and absolutely delicious. Oh, Spanish tapas!! Aren't these simply the best?

1 large onion I used red organic
3 med potatoes sliced or cubed
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper or some chilli flakes/cayenne pepper
