If you love the goodness of apple pie, but not the complicated process to make one, try these mini apple pies. Let the kids help make this treat!

1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 apples, cored and cut into 8+ wedges each (peeling is optional)
