Black Bean & Corn Salsa 2

16 oz. cooked black beans, drained
16 oz. corn, drained
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup red onion
1/4 cup green onion
1/3 cup lime juice
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. cumin
1/2 cup chopped tomato
Salt & Pepper to taste
Combine beans, corn, cilantro & onions. In small bowl, combine oil, cumin, lime juice, salt & pepper. Add to bean mixture. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Before serving, add tomatoes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
