Black & Bleu Steakhouse Stuffed Burger

A big, thick, juicy burger stuffed with Gorgonzola cheese and bacon and topped with a special steakhouse sauce and balsamic glazed onions.

Burgers:
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 Tbsp steak sauce (I used A-1)
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp steak seasoning (I used McCormick Montreal seasoning)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 oz Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
4 burger rolls, split

Balsamic Glazed Onions:
2 onions, sliced
1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
1/8 cup olive oil
1/2 salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Steakhouse Sauce:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp steak sauce
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
