Black Bottom Butterscotch Cookies

Butterscotch chip cookies dipped in chocolate. It's a flavor combination you can't beat!

1/2 c butter or margarine
1/2 c shortening
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 1/2 c flour
2 c butterscotch chips
2 cups melting chocolate
