Blackberry Lemon Cookie Cups are easy to make and perfect for Spring!

16 ounces sugar cookie dough
1 cup lemon curd
FOR THE BLACKBERRY SAUCE

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)
