Blender hollandaise sauce

3 egg yolks
1/4 tsp dijon mustard
1tsp tarragon
1tbsp lemon juice ( fresh squeezed)
2 dash tabasco
1/2 cup butter
salt and white pepper to taste
In the blender container add egg yolks,mustard,lemon juice,tabasco and tarragon.Cover and blend for 5-7 seconds. Melt the butter in the microwave for 1 minute ,or til completley melted and hot..Start the blender on high speed with cover on.Pour the butter in ,in a thin stream ,slow stream.It should thicken quickly.Season with salt and pepper to taste.Serve immediatly.
