Seriously fluffy whole wheat pancakes. Perfect for a quick breakfast!

1/3 cup oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon baking powder (rumsford brand is best)
1 cup whole wheat kernels
1 can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt

Combine 1 cup wheat kernels with 1 cup milk in blender and mix on high speed for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Add the rest of the can off milk and mix for 2 more minutes.
Step 3
Add eggs, salt, oil and honey.
